Membership release — effective when access-key memberships launch

These terms govern use of the GoPrepSmart website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your credentials, and activity performed through your account.

Applications and membership

A referral code is optional when applying. Account approval is at the administrator's discretion, and approval alone does not grant access to study tools. An accepted applicant must redeem a valid purchased access key before membership access begins. Usernames are assigned by the administrator.

Access keys

Each purchased key can be redeemed once and adds one calendar month of access. If your membership is still active, the month is added after your current access ends; otherwise it begins at redemption. Keys do not renew automatically. The price and payment instructions are provided before purchase. Keep unused keys private: an accepted applicant who has the key can redeem it. Unused keys may be disabled by the administrator.

Refunds

Access-key purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or payment-network rules. No recurring subscription is created when you redeem a key.

Account sessions

Only one active login session is allowed per account. A newer login replaces the previous session. Account sharing is not permitted, and an administrator can revoke sessions or suspend access.

Your content

You keep ownership of the study material you create. You give GoPrepSmart permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the service and according to the visibility setting you choose. You must have the right to upload or share your content.

Acceptable use

Do not use GoPrepSmart to break the law, infringe another person's rights, harass others, distribute malware, access another user's account or private content, or disrupt the service.

Early-access service

Features may change while the product is being developed. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Study tools may contain mistakes; verify important academic information with reliable course materials.

Account action

Access may be limited or removed when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, or secure the service.
