Membership release — effective when access-key memberships launch

This policy describes the membership version of GoPrepSmart and the information used to provide it.

Information we collect

When you apply, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and optional referral code. Supabase Auth processes your password; application records do not contain your password. We also store your application status, assigned username, referral relationships, membership periods, access-key redemption references, access restrictions, and account preferences. We store the study sets, cards, profile details, saved sets, study answers, mastery scores, and study-session history you choose to create.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, save and display your content, provide study modes, calculate progress, protect the service, and troubleshoot errors. GoPrepSmart does not sell personal information.

Visibility and sharing

Study tools require an active paid membership. Private sets are visible only to their owner while membership access is active. Unlisted sets can be viewed by active paid members who have the link and do not appear in search. Public sets may appear in member search and can be saved by active paid members. Do not place sensitive personal information in a public or unlisted set.

Service providers

GoPrepSmart uses Supabase for authentication and database services and Vercel for website hosting and delivery. The website stores access-key hashes, short key identifiers, issuance and redemption records, and membership periods. It does not collect card details or run recurring billing. Payment arrangements for keys are provided separately before purchase. These providers process information as needed to operate the service.

Sessions and preferences

We associate your active authentication session with your account to enforce one active login at a time. Your study sets and progress persist across sessions. The Interactive Features preference is stored with your account; games are planned for a later release.

Retention and choices

You may edit or delete study sets from your library. For account-data access or deletion requests, email support@goprepsmart.com. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or logs where reasonably necessary for security and service operation.

Children

GoPrepSmart is not intended for children under 13, and children under 13 should not create an account. The service does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
